Blueprint Interviews/blog n: interviews with the explicit focus being on giving information that readers/interactors would be able to use in following the interviewee’s footsteps.
For example: a blueprint interview (BPI) is done with a Person X that has started a program to alleviate hunger in her community. She explains the practical steps that she had to take in order to get her program started. This includes: permits, registering 501(c) status, etc.
Person Y is thinking about alleviating hunger in his community he goest to Ideagiant.org and looks up ‘hunger’ in the search engine. Person X’s BPI shows up and presto! Person Y is able to have a starting point to his desire to alleviate hunger. His information barrier is removed and he can focus on his specific IDEAS to creatively engage this problem.
Systems n: These are conceptual creations that arise out of Value Foundations.
For example: My classroom’s daily activities and management activities are systems that arise out of deeper system of principle of student centric, whole student pedagogy which, in turn, arises out of the foundations of selflessness.
Value Foundation n: All systems arise out of a value foundation. What we believe to be right and correct is the foundational basis for all that we do.
For Example: One cannot do that which they truly think is wrong. If they are doing that which seems wrong then it is a problem with their value foundation that has allowed for the action to be enacted.
Foundation Theory Development: is the belief that all systems are created from a value base. In order to make lasting consistent change in any system the value foundation must be addressed. This program is going to delve into the whys and hows to do this in an introductory level. It is especially relevant to those interested in making system changes in the community at large.
