discussed and introduced Foundation Theory (will add photos later)
Foundation Theory: Foundation theory is the belief that all actions (and subsequently all constructions: parents, work, etc) in our lives come from a root value foundation of what we believe to be right or wrong-our Reality so to say. Foundation Theory states that in our modern culture we believe that this ‘foundation’ is static and does not change but this is not true. Through a look through cultures around this world, as well as history, we see that Reality is really malleable, changeable, and subsequently so is our Value Foundation (both individually and communally).Without making a choice to be aware of our Value Foundations we will inevitably default to our Societal Cultural Value Foundation-which for Historic reasons, is based on a Selfish Model. No choice is a Choice.
With diligent effort focused on our Value Foundations and being able to define and give reasoning to why we believe the way we do-Foundation Theory believes that we will come to our own unique version of an Inclusive View. And in this view we can find lasting happiness, wholeness, and meaning, and from this our creations e.g. family, work, relationships-and on a larger scale: governance, national interactions will be rooted in this Inclusive belief structure. We will be able to say what is Right and Wrong instead of just what works and doesn’t work with a mentality focused on Should I? Rather than Can I?
Foundational Theory shows that an individual by understanding their Value Foundations they can actively engage in life from a Meaningful, Conscious, Whole, base; and by doing this on an individual basis they are changing the world. This then will lead to a Creation of Benevolent Positive Feedback Loop in our larger spheres-communities, cities, states, etc.
